1/27 recap

@Rhode Island 61, Duquesne 58

Virginia 65, @Duke 63 - Duke is definitely a step behind in the race for the 1 line.  It's time to move a Big 12 team into that spot.  And maybe time to move UVa to #1 overall
NC State 95, @North Carolina 91 (OT) - a very annoying result in that we must introduce NCSU to the S-Curve and make UNC's seed more complicated
@Florida St 103, Miami 94 (OT) - home team holds; so status quo for both
Syracuse 60, @Pitt 55 - road wins are never trivial
Virginia Tech 80, @Notre Dame 75 - and here's another ACC also-ran we're going to have to take seriously.  ACC is getting a bit complicated.  The middle of these standings are jammed
@Louisville 96, Wake Forest 77

Cincinnati 62, @Memphis 48

SEC/Big 12 televised contrivance series:
- Fun fact:  the best team (Auburn) in the SEC didn't play in this, and the teams are horribly mismatched in a few instances.  Stop setting your lineups in the preseason, dolts
- @Kansas 79, Texas A&M 68 - a useless win for Kansas
- Kentucky 83, @West Virginia 76 - one of those Group 0 wins I like to talk about.  This should ease concerns about the profile for now.  As for WVU, we're gonna need to talk about their SoS someday
- @Alabama 80, Oklahoma 73 - I'm not really sure where to seed OU right now
- Texas Tech 70, @South Carolina 63 - result of the day.  TTU didn't play a non-con road game, so anything approaching substance on the road is significant to the profile
- @Florida 81, Baylor 60
- Tennessee 68, @Iowa St 45 - UT might have the 2nd best profile in the SEC, but they got a useless road game
- @Texas 85, Ole Miss 72
- @Kansas St 56, Georgia 51 - okay, we can take KSU seriously, but please reference the non-con SoS first.  Practice safe bracketology, everyone
- @Vanderbilt 81, TCU 78 - just like TTU, TCU has a road non-con problem.  Unlike Tech, TCU has completely blown it and is in serious bubble trouble
- @Arkansas 66, Oklahoma St 65

@Butler 70, St John's 45
@Creighton 85, Georgetown 77

@Penn St 60, Rutgers 43
@Nebraska 98, Iowa 84

@Auburn 95, LSU 70
@Mississippi St 74, Missouri 62 - that's the type of loss that pops bubbles

@Arizona 74, Utah 73
@Arizona St 80, Colorado 66
@Oregon 66, Oregon St 57
@UCLA 89, Stanford 73 - nothing funny in the Pac-12 today.  Weird

@Middle Tennessee 81, UTEP 50
@Western Kentucky 85, Marshall 74

Boise St 70, @Air Force 64

@Gonzaga 82, San Francisco 73
@St Mary's 72, Portland 55
@BYU 80, Pacific 65
