1/18 recap

Big 12:
Kansas 80, Oklahoma St 78 - This conference is a beast
Oklahoma 66, Baylor 64 - Signature road win for OU.  Somewhat baffling start to the Big 12 season for Baylor
Texas 86, Iowa St 76 - Not a sin to lose this game, but ISU is watching a top seed melt away
Kansas St 78, West Virginia 56
Texas Tech 60, TCU 49

Pac-12:
Colorado 83, USC 62
Utah 74, UCLA 69 - This kinda cancels out the Colorado win for UCLA.  Utah needs much more to get into the conversation
California 76, Washington St 55
Stanford 79, Washington 67

B1G:
Northwestern 54, Indiana 47 - Way to validate your Wisky win.  Drop a turd at home to Northwestern.  My God
Michigan 77, Wisconsin 70 - Wisky built up a lot of resume goodwill, so this home loss hurts, but not as bad as you think.  And we can finally move Michigan safely back into protected seed talk
Michigan St 78, Illinois 62 - Road win
Purdue 65, Penn St 64

ACC:
Duke 95, NC State 60
Syracuse 59, Pitt 54 - End result is both teams hold their current placement
Virginia 78, Florida 66 - UVA is playing the part of a big boy so bar.  This will be reflected in their seed
North Carolina 82, Boston College 71 - Any win is cause for celebration here
Clemson 61, Wake Forest 53
Miami 56, Georgia Tech 42

Big East:
Seton Hall 67, Georgetown 57 - And now G'town surrenders a home loss.  Yikes
Providence 81, Creighton 68 - Road loss.  No real sin, yet
Butler 69, Marquette 57 (OT) - Both are irrelevant for the short term
Villanova 88, DePaul 62

$EC:
Kentucky 74, Tennessee 66 - Missed chance for UT
Florida 68, Auburn 61 - Road win
Missouri 68, Alabama 47
Mississippi St 81, Texas A&M 72 (OT) - Plea to bracketologists:  don't overreact on MSU, please
Georgia 66, Arkansas 61 - Arkansas really needs to learn how to win on the road
Ole Miss 75, South Carolina 74
LSU 81, Vanderbilt 58

American:
Louisville 76, UConn 64
SMU 58, UCF 46 - Road win
Cincinnati 61, USF 54 - Road win

A-10:
St Louis 70, Fordham 48
Richmond 73, Dayton 64 - Richmond is good, and this was a road loss, but this is the type of swing game Dayton has to win
VCU 80, Duquesne 65
George Washington 79, St Bonaventure 71 - Road win

Other conferences:
San Diego St 63, UNLV 52 - UNLV gets a split of a New Mexico/SDSU trip.  That's plenty fine
New Mexico 89, Fresno St 78 - Road win
Boise St 78, Utah St 74 - BSU solidifying as threat #3 in the conference
Gonzaga 82, Loyola Marymount 72 - Road win
St Mary's 79, Pacific 73
BYU 91, Santa Clara 81 - Road win
Toledo 75, Akron 61 - True road win and a clear sign Toledo is the favorite, after all
Wichita St 68, Indiana St 48 - Too much of an ask for ISU, but you can't get blown out there
Northern Iowa 94, Missouri St 89
Fairfield 71, Manhattan 67 - A pretty messy road loss for the MAAC favorites
UMKC 68, New Mexico St 66 - 2nd road loss in the WAC for NMSU and their seed is getting ripped to shreds

Non-con:
LaSalle 74, Temple 68 - LaSalle isn't dead yet
Memphis 101, LeMoyne-Owen 78 - Sometimes, teams should just take the bye week, you know?
UMass 84, Elon 74 - Road win

Light Sunday:
Minnesota at Iowa
Louisiana Tech at Southern Miss - CUSA supremacy!
...and unless upsets happen, that's about it
