Bracket 2/2

One really fun thing happened in this bracket.

There's a rule that says the top 4 teams from each conference must be in 4 separate regions, if all those teams are in the top 4 seed lines.  If you look at my S-Curve, I have 5 ACC teams in my top 3 lines.

Teams 1-4 (Virginia/Duke/Louisville/Notre Dame) are in separate regions below.  North Carolina is team #5 and must share a region with one of those 4 teams.  They're the same seed as UL and UND, so they can't be in the Midwest or West (and remember, UL and UND must stay in those two regions).   That leaves the South and the East.  However, Iowa St is the other 3 seed, and Kansas blocks them from the South regional, which means they must be in the East, and therefore, UNC is forced into the South regional.

Where they have to be the 3 seed to Duke's 2.  That means they would meet in the sweet 16, and there's no legal way to avoid it.
