Bracket 2/16

When dealing with protected seeding, the ACC is going to throw a wrench into everything.  Utah's the top team on the 3 line, but because of conference conflicts between the ACC and Pac-12, Utah didn't even have a choice of regional to go to.  They were forced into the East regional.

Also of note:  Maryland/Purdue would be a conference conflict in the round of 32, but it's unavoidable because of the logistics of the play-in game.

Also, is it just me, or is the midwest regional loaded?  Once again, geography plays a big role.  The top team within every seed line gets geographic preference over the other teams, and so the midwest, being so central to so many teams, gets loaded AGAIN (remember last year?)
