Kentucky is 7th on bracket matrix.

Just curious, from a completely rhetorical standpoint: Supposing Oregon State somehow wins 4 straight in the pac 12 tourney including victories over UCLA and Oregon to become the pac 12 tourney champion at 9-26, what seed do you think they would receive in the NCAAs? Do they get a 16 for such a horrible record, or something higher for having two premium neutral site wins?

Oregon State: probably a 14, with an outside chance at a 15 seed. Those premium wins are better than anything any 15 or 16 seed could produce. Especially the 16 seeds.

And on the other end, the 12 and 13 seeds are pretty strong, so they're not getting higher than a 14.

Kentucky may be 7th, but I think people are too low on Louisville in general. Remember the strength of the ACC, a rising tide lifts all boats.
