2/13 BRACKET

I just want to say that if someone accuses the selection committee of rigging the pairings for drama/ratings, you should assault them.  Punch them in the face.  I'm not even kidding.

Given the amount of conflicts I ran into putting this together, it is physically impossible to rig a bracket in any way.  I had no choice but to break one rule for the ACC teams in the PIGs.  Teams are nowhere near their geographic preferences to make everything fit.  It's not possible to rig matchups.  If someone says otherwise, punch them in the face.
