1/2 S-CURVE

Just getting this up, analysis will come in the accompanying bracket posted later today.

Note that conference leaders are now being shown in the bracket, which leads to some really, really awkward listings near the bottom of this S-Curve.  Lots of teams on the 15 and 16 lines who won't be there by this time next week.  Add in that some conferences haven't started yet, so I took the highest RPI team among teams with winning records for those.  And in the exact case of the Big West, they couldn't even get a damn team over .500 so the closest team to that is here.
