One real complication emerging: all those ACC teams. 5 ACC teams in the Top 13 causes a lot of chain reactions:
1) Gonzaga in the east regional: Because of Duke's presence, Gonzaga is forced into the east regional since none of the other ACC teams can go there.
2) Unbalanced regionals: the east is loaded and the west and midwest aren't, and there's no way to balance them because of the ACC roadblocks
