I think you have Gonzaga too low. I think they will be 5 overall but would not be shocked to see them at 4 because they are #2 in the NET though I agree they don't have the wins and should be where you have them I just think the NCAA puts them at 5 or even 4.
I have no idea how they will order 1-2-3 between Virginia, Duke and Tennessee could see any of them being 1 or 3.
I think Kentucky slots in at 6.
I think North Carolina and Michigan State slot in at 7/8 in some order I learn NC 7.
I do feel those are the top 8 for sure.
Kansas is a tough one do they seed based on full resume or do they seed based on them not having the injured player and they are like 8-6 since he got hurt and he isn't coming back ?
Will Houston get the final 2 seed over MSU ?
Where will Nevada be ?
Was just listening to CBS podcast with Norlander and Parish and they think if Gonzaga and Nevada win out they will be 1/2 in the West. Not sure I can ever seen Nevada at a 2.
I got 15 out of 16 same as you missed Nova. You were right on Kentucky but wrong on Gonzaga so I guess I was half right on Gonzaga but wrong on Kentucky. I am surprised they made Duke #1 with 2 losses to be honest. Also Iowa State being way up their at 13 overall was surprising. I was also surprised how low Louisville is.
My top 16 were
The 1 line: Tennessee, Virginia, Duke, Michigan
The 2 line: Gonzaga, Kentucky, North Carolina, Michigan St
The 3 line: Purdue, Kansas, Louisville, Houston
The 4 line: Villanova, Marquette, Nevada, Iowa State
My top 16:
1: Virginia, Duke, Tennessee, Gonzaga,
2: North Carolina, Michigan, Kentucky, Michigan State,
3: Louisville, Kansas, Purdue, Houston,
4: Villanova, Wisconsin, Iowa State, Iowa
I was happy to hear the rep mention SOS during the discussion.
I'm not sure what Nevada has going for them currently other than W/L record. Currently have them on the #6 line based on resume. Don't know how you can get a protected seed with no G1 games at all, this stat was very important in past years. That's fine if you want to say their NET ranking is #15, but then how do you put NET #21 Marquette on the 3 line.
